Refund policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final once a product has been opened.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed condition.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 14 days
• Orders marked as final sale once shipped

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ben@primebeastco.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
